Working with Meagan has been very helpful, she’s extremely knowledgeable and very supportive and cares about your overall health and needs for your situation. She is super friendly and sweet. In my case I had Total Knee Replacement Surgery and Meg had so much knowledge about what to do and what not to do, much more than the hospital Physiotherapist. I will definitely be recommending Meagan at Primus to my friends and family. 😊

I've been going to Primus for years and am so pleased that, once again, I am almost 100% back to normal, despite using crutches three weeks ago, right after my injury. I've seen at least 3 different people over the years, and I've been very happy with every one. Also, the reception staff is lovely!

Ken was stellar. I went in with hip flexor issues and he helped on addressing the likely source of the issue and building my exercise repertoire to build strength and alleviate the pain. I appreciated that in each session he assessed the affected area the same way each time to determine how progess was going. He also went through each exercise in great detail, always explaining WHY he was giving it as an exercise. I appreciated him over other physio clinics where I often got treated with a tens machine and provided an email of exercises, Ken did none of that. He was truly there to help ME in my recovery. I would highly recommend this clinic and especially seeing Ken!! Thanks Ken!!

They take the time to assess the root of my pain and gradually train me exercises that helped me a lot to get back to normal with in 3 weeks although I have been suffering for longer than 2 months before I asked for help.
