Tolu graduated with a Bachelors of Medical Rehabilitation (Physiotherapy) from Nigeria in 2014, she went ahead to obtain a Masters of Science in Physiotherapy in 2018 with a focus in Orthopedics and Sports. She relocated to Canada in 2019 and passed her licensing exam on her first attempt. As a Physiotherapist, she has experience working in both outpatient and inpatient settings and has worked with diverse age groups and patient conditions with more bias for musculoskeletal conditions.
Tolu is very passionate about her work and is always willing to gain new knowledge and be updated on evidence-based approaches. She focuses on patient-centered approach, combining patient education, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercises for optimum patient recovery. Outside work, Tolu likes to cook, exercise, and spend time with her husband and a lovely daughter.
