I was born and raised in Edmonton, then moved to Calgary to complete my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with Honours First Class at the University of Calgary. I then returned home and completed my Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta. Through my academic journey, my passion for health and healing through movement grew. I have also received treatment from physiotherapists who greatly improved my quality of life, further inspiring my passion. Naturally, this evolved into a passion for physiotherapy.

I enjoy working with a wide range of patients and getting people back to all different ways of moving. Whether that is walking your dog, going to the gym or getting back on the court. I believe in working collaboratively to help you feel strong and capable in your body and in your different environments. Working with patients in pain has given me a deep appreciation for my own health. I am thankful for each day that I have the privilege to be pain free and want to help you enjoy the same privilege!

I’ve met many friends along the way so if I’m not at work, you’ll find me with my friends! I played competitive volleyball growing up and still play in recreational leagues. I love warm weather and everything that comes with it; water sports, floating down the Bow river and soaking up the sunshine. I also love finding new restaurants, so feel free to share your favorites with me!

MacKenzie-Lynn is a registered physiotherapist with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Human Kinetics with a minor in Psychology from UBC Okanagan.

Growing up on a farm in rural Alberta, MacKenzie developed a deep passion for making quality healthcare accessible to everyone – especially those in communities where resources are limited. This commitment to patient-centred, accessible care is at the heart of everything she does.

MacKenzie works with a wide range of patients across general physiotherapy and women’s health, including joint and muscle pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, mobility and movement, strength and conditioning, sport injuries, and pelvic floor rehabilitation.

She takes a collaborative approach, working alongside each patient to understand their goals and help them feel strong, capable, and confident in their body – whether that means getting back to the gym, keeping up with their kids, or simply moving through daily life with less pain.

Outside of the clinic, MacKenzie stays busy with her one-year-old and loves spending time in the great outdoors.

Bertha is a Registered Massage Therapist with over 15 years of clinical experience providing therapeutic, results-driven care. She specializes in pain management, rehabilitation support, and improving functional mobility.

Her treatment approach integrates deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, Swedish techniques, and cupping therapy. Bertha works collaboratively with physiotherapists and chiropractors to deliver coordinated care tailored to each patient’s needs.

She is committed to thorough assessment, measurable outcomes, and helping patients return to optimal function safely and effectively.
